Where are your products made?
Each product is thoughtfully crafted, tested, bottled, labeled, and shipped from our studio in sunny St. Petersburg, Florida. Every step, from blending to final packaging, is done by hand in small batches to ensure quality, freshness, and intention in every bottle.
Where do your essential oils come from?
Our essential and carrier oils are sourced from trusted suppliers who ethically partner with growers around the world. We choose oils that are pure, plant-derived, and responsibly harvested from flowers, fruits, roots, resins, and woods across the globe. Each ingredient is accompanied by testing data (GC/MS) to verify quality and authenticity, ensuring our blends meet the highest standards of purity and performance.
How long do your products last?
Our products are made with pure essential oils and natural ingredients, so their lifespan varies slightly by type and storage. To keep them at their best, store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and heat.
- Roll-ons: Best used within 12–18 months.
- Body oils: Best used within 12–18 months. Natural antioxidants in oils like jojoba and meadowfoam help extend freshness, but avoid introducing water into the bottle to maintain quality.
- Diffuser blends: Typically remain vibrant for up to 2 years when stored properly.
- Body butters: Best enjoyed within 6–12 months, as natural butters can soften or separate with temperature changes.
Because we don’t use synthetic preservatives, your blends may evolve gently in aroma and texture over time, a completely natural and expected part of working with living botanicals.
Are your products natural or vegan?

Do you test on animals?
Never. Our products are cruelty-free and tested only by willing humans, starting with ourselves.
Are your essential oils safe for sensitive skin?
We use gentle, skin-safe dilutions and high-quality carriers, but everyone’s skin is unique. We recommend a patch test before first use and discontinuing use if irritation occurs.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We hope you love your ZenStream Botanicals products as much as we love creating them. Because each item is handcrafted in small batches with natural ingredients, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used products.
If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@zenstreambotanicals.com so we can make it right with a replacement, credit, or refund.
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with prior approval. Items must be in original condition and packaging, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
