These terms cover your use of zenstreambotanicals.com and any purchase you make from ZenStream Botanicals LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By browsing or ordering, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Our products and what they are
Our face oils, body products and aromatherapy blends are cosmetic and wellness products. They are not medicine, and we don’t claim they diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you’re pregnant, nursing, on medication or managing a health condition, check with your doctor before using botanical products.
Skin and allergies
Botanical ingredients can cause reactions in some people. Read the ingredient list on each product page and on the label. Patch test a small area first, and stop using a product if you notice irritation. Keep products away from eyes and out of reach of children. Our aromatherapy and botanical products are for external use only.
Orders and pricing
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it, or when we send a confirmation email that says so. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. We may cancel and refund an order for a pricing mistake, a product we can’t ship, or suspected fraud.
Payment
We take payments through Square, including Cash App Pay. Your card details go straight into Square’s secure form, and we don’t see or store your full card number.
Shipping
Orders ship free when they total $50 or more. Otherwise we charge the shipping rate shown at checkout. We usually ship within 3 business days. Delivery times depend on the carrier, and we aren’t responsible for carrier delays. Please check your address before you order, because we can’t redirect a package once it’s with the carrier. We currently ship only within the continental United States.
Returns and refunds
Our return and refund policy is in our FAQ and is part of these terms. If something arrives damaged or isn’t right, email us at care@zenstreambotanicals.com.
Reviews and what you send us
We love hearing from you. If you share a review or photo with us, we may feature it on our site and social channels.
Our content
The ZenStream Botanicals name, logo, photos, product descriptions and site copy belong to us. Please don’t copy or reuse them without asking first.
Promotions and emails
Offers like the first-order discount have their own terms and can end at any time. You can unsubscribe from our emails whenever you like using the link at the bottom of any message.
Liability
We work hard to describe products accurately, but the site is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states don’t allow certain limits, so these may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms follow the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
