Some moments stop you in your tracks – in the very best way.
On July 7, 2026, eWellness Magazine published an entire feature centered around ZenStream Botanicals. Seeing my young brand, its products, and the philosophy behind it explored so thoughtfully was exciting, humbling, and completely unexpected.
The eWellness team originally reached out with plans to include ZenStream in a broader article covering several wellness topics. I submitted information about the brand, shared my thoughts on botanical skincare and sensory self-care, and sent samples of two products that represent the heart of what I was creating.
After reviewing the narratives and experiencing the products, the editorial team decided to take the article in a different direction. Instead of including ZenStream as one part of a larger wellness story, they chose to devote the entire feature to the connection between botanical skincare, aromatherapy, and whole-body awareness – with ZenStream at its center.
As a young brand still finding its place in the world, I was honored and genuinely humbled that something I created resonated strongly enough to inspire a full feature. Seeing the philosophy behind ZenStream understood and reflected through someone else’s perspective felt like an affirmation of the intention that had guided the brand from the beginning.
Pause, breathe, and reconnect
Titled Pause, Breathe, Glow: The Botanical Secret to Whole-Body Awareness, the article explored how an everyday skincare routine can become more than just another task in the day.
It described the connection between caring for the skin and creating an intentional moment to slow down, engage the senses, and return to the present. The feature focused on the value of small, repeatable rituals – warming an oil between your palms, noticing its natural aroma and texture, and allowing an ordinary moment to feel restorative for both body and mind.
This idea is at the heart of ZenStream: skincare can support the skin while also creating space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
The two products at the heart of the feature
The article centered on two of ZenStream’s hero products: Plumberry Silk Daily Facial Oil and Bodhi Oil – Heartstone.
Plumberry Silk Daily Facial Oil was highlighted for its simple, essential-oil-free formulation featuring squalane, jojoba, French plum kernel oil, and raspberry seed oil. The article recognized its silky, lightweight feel and the naturally subtle aroma of the botanical ingredients themselves. Created with sensitive facial skin in mind, Plumberry Silk reflects my belief that thoughtfully formulated skincare does not need to be complicated to feel special. For more about the philosophy behind Plumberry Silk, read She’s Naked and We Love Her That Way.
Bodhi Oil – Heartstone represented the sensory side of the ZenStream experience. Its botanical oil blend and quiet combination of rose geranium and vanilla were described as an invitation to transform the moments following a bath or shower into a slow, grounding body-care ritual. The article captured what I hoped Heartstone would offer: not simply moisturized skin, but a comforting reason to linger in the moment.
Together, these two products allowed eWellness to tell a larger story about the relationship between skin, senses, and intentional care.
An early milestone for ZenStream
What meant the most to me was seeing the central philosophy of ZenStream understood so clearly: true self-care does not have to be excessive, complicated, or performative. It can begin with a few quiet minutes and a simple choice to treat yourself with care.
Having that message recognized by eWellness Magazine so early in ZenStream’s journey was a meaningful milestone. I remain grateful that their team saw something in my words and products that inspired them to expand the original concept and tell a story centered around this brand.

Whether or not the original article remains available online indefinitely, I wanted to preserve this moment as part of the ZenStream story—an unexpected recognition that reminded me that even a young brand can make a meaningful connection.
The space is yours.
